She is survived by: her husband Eddie Lipham; her children, Cindy (Matthew Markley) and Jamie Lipham (Helen); her grandchildren, Caroline (Richard Freeman), Austin Lipham (Ember), Hope (Ethan Harris) and Mathew Sherrer (Logan); her great grandchild Granger Sherrer; and her siblings, Martha Davis, Mary Kinsaul, Jeanette Morris, Thomas Peaden and James Peaden.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Charlotte's name to The Alzheimer's Association or the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
