He is survived by: his parents, Wilda Schad and Randall Schad; his sons, Jay Schad, Jr. and Charlie Schad; his brothers, Justin Schad (Tanya), Jerrad Schad and Ryan Dyess (Jamie); his grandmother Nell Schad; his grandson Daymien Schad; the mother of his children Sandra Willis; and his friend Tameka Hayes.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Fountain Cemetery.
