She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Adkins Sr.; her sons, Richard Adkins and Darrell Adkins; and her siblings, Calvin of Curt, CW, Shirley and Peggy.
She is survived by: her sons, Harry Adkins Jr. of Fountain and Donald Ray Adkins of Fountain, Florida; and her grandchildren, Ricky, Melissa, Mandy, Tabitha, Dustin and Jacob. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
