He was predeceased by: his parents, David Ivo Fraser Sr. and Beverly Joan Moffit Fraser. He is survived by: his children, Taylor Fraser and Lauren O'Hara; his siblings, Suzie Herrington, Chris Fraser and Fritz Herrington; his nephews, Blake Herrington and Warren Herrington; and his grandchildren, Haley Fraser, Grant Joyner, Lilly O'Hara and Navy O'Hara.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Herrington Family Residence (1436 Lagrange Rd, Freeport, FL 32439).
