She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel H. Vonada and Myrtle Beckwith Vonada; and her husband Luther D. Shope, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Caye Masullo, Penny Ann Tucker and Lori Jane Facer. She is also survived by four grandchildren, six great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.
