Brown; his stepchildren, Gene Downing (Angel), Jeff Downing (Imee), Heather Cynowa and Melissa Shelton (Kelly); his grandchildren, Tiffany Price (Josh), Rachel Kabanov (Anton), Harley Winkleman, Jacob Winkleman, Sara Shelton (Brad), Hanna Washington (Isaiah), Noah Shelton (Molly), Emma Shelton (Noah), Clara Kate Shelton and Randel Downing; and his great grandchildren, Oliver James Kabanov, Deacon, Isaac, Elizabeth, Jasmine, Selena, Maverick and Riley.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Clary-Glenn Freeport Chapel Funeral Home (150 FL-20, Freeport, FL 32439). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
