He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Thomas Hendrix and Laura May Bivonia-Hendrix; his brother Dennis Hendrix; and his half-brothers, Chris and Jerry Hendrix.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jasey Dawn Hendrix and Hayley Frazier; and his nephews, Brendan and Nicholas Hendrix.
