He is survived by: his wife Phillis A. Shaver; his son Steven Shaver; his grandchildren, Nick Rodrigez, Sam Rodrigez and Dianna Rodrigez; and his great grandchildren, Carla, Nikki, Avery, Pheonix and Elijiah.
