We announce the death of Frances Kay Hartley of Fruit Cove, Florida, who passed away on August 12, 2026, at the age of 85. She was predeceased by: her parents, Abe Jacobs and Myrtle Jacobs; her husband Francis W. "Sonny" Hartley; and her siblings, Thelma, Merle, Eugene, Maxwell and Jack.
She is survived by: her children, William (Milixza), Terrell (Shelly), Tim, Kim (Dan Costello) and Kelly (Scott Donovan); her grandchildren, Billy, Matthew, Jacob, Trey, Noah, Michael, Alanna, Emily, Joseph, Mark and Molly; and her great grandchildren, Alexander and Abigail. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
