He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia; and his son Robert. He is survived by: his children, Bob (Kathleen), Kathy (James), Karen (Billy), Nancy (Doug) and Jill (Fred); his grandchildren, Justin, Kelly, Joey, Anthony, Christopher, Danielle, Matthew, Ryan, Samantha, Katelyn, Catherine, Hailey and Tyler; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Jordan, Alyssa, Shawn, Joey and Hallie.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Hardage-Giddens St. Johns Funeral Home (1285 St. Johns Pkwy, St Johns, FL 32259). A committal service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 2:15 PM at the Hardage-Giddens Oaklawn Cemetery (4801 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32207).
