He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Lloyd Aaron Waters, Sr. and Tessie Mae Waters (Cummins); his wife Pam; his children, Gerald "Jerry" Waters, Jr., Shannon Waters of Ocala, Geraldine Waters of Gainesville and Carissa Waters of Fruitland Park; his stepson Todd Durham of Elma, NY; his siblings, Aaron Waters and Joann Grisson; and his close friends, Robin and Dale Watts. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Due to Covid-19 the family requests that all social distancing be observed.
