She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas J. Perry and Mary Catherine Perry; her husband B. Floyd Boulware; and her sons, Ronald E. Gotcher and Donald E. Gotcher.

She is survived by: her sons, F. Tommy Gotcher (Ramona), Jay P. Boulware (Denise) and Wayne P. Boulware. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
