He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Woods and Betty Woods (Merritt); and his siblings, Charles, Johnny, Jr., Lorenzo, Claude, Kenneth and Claudette.

He is survived by: his children, Curtis, Jr., David, Bernard, Aaron, Antell, Lashawnda, Shemeka, Shaquandra and Nicole; and his siblings, Jerry, Perry, Shawn, Jim, Eula, Beverly, Pat, Winnie, Judy and Marie. He is also survived by five grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
