He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Eby and Sara Eby; his son John Wesley Eby; and his siblings, Thomas, Edwin, Daniel, Larry and Sara Jo.
He is survived by: his wife Annie Pulvera Eby; his sons, Richard Eby (Danette) and Mark Eby (Judy); his grandchildren, Aurora, Michael, Ty, Yorkary, Hailey, Hailee and Allison; his great grandchildren, Rylee, Wyatt, Giovanna and Adalyn; and his brother Lynn Eby (Esther). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Among his many accomplishments, Dave was especially proud to have Rodeo Way in Davie, Florida, named in his honor—a lasting tribute to his contributions to the community.
