He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude McMillan and Mae McMillan; his brother Beverly McMillan; and his son Kenneth McMillan. He is survived by: his wife Gail McMillan; his son Jon McMillan (Lori); and his grandchildren, Todd McMillan and Emma Gail McMillan. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.

At Glen's request, there will be no service, but memorial donations may be made in Glen's name to E.T York Haven Hospice, 4200 NW 90th Boulevard Gainesville, FL 32606.
