We are sad to announce that on June 8, 2024, Ellen Sarris Allen of Gainesville, Florida, born in Fernandina, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonios Sarris and Xeni Sarris; her brothers, Steve, Minas (Ivel) and George Sarris; and her son Frank Allen.
She is survived by: her significant other Fredric Allen; her brother Philip Sarris (Lillian); her sisters-in-law, Gerry and Athena Sarris; her sibling's child Xenula Allen; her daughter-in-law Patricia Schneider Allen; her grandchildren, Michele Platt (Steve) and Fredric Allen (Julie); her stepgranddaughters, Marissa Fountain Barnhouse (Chandler) and Rhainna Fountain; and her great grandchildren, Taylor, Isla and Gracelynn.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in St. Augustine.
