With sadness, we share the passing of Elsie Cichoracki in Gainesville, Florida. Elsie, born on March 2, 1939, passed away on September 20, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Albert Cichoracki and Marion Virginia Cichoracki; and her brothers, Thomas Cichoracki and Charles Cichoracki. She is survived by: her children, Ronald J. Cantin (Susan), Marcia L. Thomas (Randy) and George A. Cantin; her grandchildren, Eric Cantin (Ashlyn), Krista Hill (Joshua), Ethan Cantin (Lexie) and Autumn Nance; her great grandchildren, Gabriel Hill, Caroline Hill, Leland Cantin, Harper Cantin, Vera Cantin and Noah Cantin; her siblings, David Cichoracki (Pam), Stanley Cichoracki (Debbie), Marion Haack (Richard), Josephine Cichoracki, Elizabeth Morris and Judy Cichoracki; and her sister-in-law Brenda Cichoracki.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Williams-Thomas Westarea Chapel (823 NW 143rd St, Newberry, FL 32669). A committal service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Peter and Paul Cemetery.
