He is survived by: his wife Clara Furnari Miller; his children, Katriena Tarantino, Forrest Miller II (Jenni), Jon Marc Miller (Cassey), Darlene Haddix and Raelene Waters (Van); and his brother Charles Miller (Darlene). He is also survived by his 16 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
