McGowan of Tallahassee, FL; her great-niece Yasmine Williams; her great-nephews, Johnell Brown, Jr., Vernell Brown, Jr. (Emiliana) and Vincent Brown; her godson Franklin Young; and her caregiver Elbert Bass. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
