It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Horace Martin (Gainesville, Florida), born in Omega, Georgia, who passed away on September 9, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Myra Marie Martin; his wife Wilma L. Martin; his son Larry F. Martin; and his siblings, Roy Martin, Pauline and Evelyn.
He is survived by: his children, Dale Martin and Lynn Tharpe (Butch); and his siblings, Mary Willis and Ray Martin of Omega, GA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
