She is survived by: her husband Santiago Prado; her siblings, Ann Jones (Bruce), Michael Waring (Dee) and Joseph Waring; her daughters, Maria Poulsen (Ryan) and Carolyn Watson (Eric); and her grandchildren, Adriana, Ethan Poulsen and Nichole Pedrick (Phil Hajal).
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Forest Meadows Funeral Home (725 NW 23rd Ave, Gainesville, FL 32609). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Holy Faith Catholic Church (747 NW 43rd St, Gainesville, FL 32607). A reception was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
