He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine Krewett and Carl W. Colson. He is survived by: his daughters, Nicole Jones (Ryan) and Kelly Phillips (Bill); his grandchildren, Zachary Jones (Emily), Makayla Brown, Trevor Garcia (Kyra), Elania Anderson (Lane) and Nicholas; and his siblings, Deborah McComic (Tommy), Carl Colson (Amanda), Donna Paul, Dwayne Colson and Tonya Townsend (John). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Haven Hospice Community Center (311 NE 9 St, Chiefland, FL 32626).
