Though Leon may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Leon leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas S. Triest and Inez Triest (Pribble); and his siblings, Thomas "Tommy" Triest and Ann Klein. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Schmieder and Jon Triest; his sister Brenda Nooney (Jimmy); his sister-in-law Janel Triest; and his grandchildren, Gabriel Triest and Giovani Triest.
