She was predeceased by: her parents, Tommy Bigbie and Eunice Bigbie (Turner). She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Bigbie; her grandsons, Samuel Bagbie-Hills Jr. and Joecya Hill; and her siblings, Ann Weeks, Betty Capakin, Robbie Nickels and Tommy Chancey. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Forest Meadows Funeral Home (725 NW 23rd Ave, Gainesville, FL 32609).
