Margie Beckham Sapp Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on July 9, 2022, at the age of 99, Margie Beckham Sapp (Gainesville, Florida) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Beckham and Thelma Beckham; her siblings, Julian Beckham, Aldine Beckham, Frank Beckham and Bobbie Alvarez; her daughter Debi Sapp Wise; and her great grandchild Sofia Wise.

She is survived by: her husband Dempsey Robert Sapp; and her children, Kay Frowick (Don), D. R. Sapp (Diane) and Angelia Dickey (Don). She is also survived by her seven grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.

Margie and Dempsey were members of Wesley United Methodist Church since March 1952 where she attended faithfully every Sunday until Covid.

Donations can be made in honor of Margie Sapp to Wesley United Methodist Church, 826 N.W. 23rd Ave., Gainesville, FL 32609.
