She is survived by: her sister Iris Goolsby (Jerry); her children, Tamara Keith, Rebecca Phillips (Lucinda), David Phillips (Jane), Robert Phillips and Rahna Phillips (Steve); and her grandchildren, Chris Keith, Tiffany Gray (John), Marcus McDaniel (Mary), Stephanie Drake (Durwood), Kimberly Ackerman, Megan Barnes (Wesley), Scott Phillips, Mason Phillips, Keira Phillips, Ricky Phillips (Nealy), Samantha Daugherty (JD) and Rachel Cowart (Michael). She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, several beloved nieces, nephews, and many excellent friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Haven Hospice, if desired.
