He is survived by: his wife Tammy Cantrell; and his children, Sandy Douglas, Haley Williams, Brandy McClendon, Tracy Cantrell, Erika Epps, Orvil Cantrell Jr., William Epps, Jimmy Epps and Adrianna Cantrell. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren and a bunch of nieces and nephews.
