He is survived by: his sister Rebecca Bogard (Joe) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his sister-in-law Anne I. Altstatt; and his nieces and nephews, Samuel D. Altstatt (Sheila) of Fort McCoy, Toni Luke, Sandra A. Hansen (Jim) of Orange Park, Florida and Joseph R. Altstatt of Keystone Heights, Florida.. He is also survived by 26 great-nephews and 27 great-nieces.
