We are sad to announce that, on May 19, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Phillip P. Toskes (Gainesville, Florida), born in Baltimore, Maryland. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his siblings, John and Mary Toskes; his wife Patricia Toskes; his children, Tammy Toskes, Tracey Toskes-Konopka (Nick) and Steven Toskes (Paula); his grandchildren, Austin, Kendall Price, Carson, Peyton Konopka, Dylan and Brandon Toskes; and his brother Richard Toskes.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Alzheimer's Association to push forward in the fight against Alzeheimer's and other dementia.

“Dear Patricia, Tammy and entire Toskes family! I am so saddened by Dr. T’s passing. Dr. T was a tremendous force of encouragement in my career while i was faculty at UF! I loved his infectious smile, his travel tips and the exotic places he often visited and hearing about them! He has been always on my mind as i read medical literature and remember how he and Dr. Mcguigan taught me the importance of learning GI physiology! I ll miss him so much and am sorry the world lost him. Love, Baha”
