She is survived by: her children, Roy D. Phillips, Jr. and Paula Phillips (Karl Hastay); and her grandchildren, Michael (Debbie), Matthew (Bethany), Gregory Phillips and Audrey Eagle. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
