She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Kudrick and Michael Wachter; her siblings, Michael Wachter and Elizabeth Wachter; her aunt Lovey Hungerford; and her nephew Christopher Ingstrup.

She is survived by: her husband Robert Schwab; her brother John Wachter (Janet); and her grandson Maieryn Schwab.
