In the sacred silence of farewell, Vernon is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Vernon's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the University City Church of Christ (4626 NW 8th Ave, Gainesville, FL 32605). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
