He was predeceased by: his wife Antoinette Crawford; and his daughter Patricia Crawford. He is survived by: his sons, William, Douglas (Sheryl) and Robert (Lorie); his grandchildren, Alyssa Johnson (Chris), Jennifer Balthaser, Kyle (Nikki), Brittany Crawford, Patrick and Blake Crawford; his great grandchildren, Christopher, Adam Johnson and Jack Crawford; and his sister-in-law Rebecca Celano.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Haven Hospice.
