He was predeceased by: his parents, Omea DuBose and Charlie DuBose; his brother Ronnie DuBose of Fort Payne, Alabama; his grandson Francis John Williams III; and his close friend David Nelson of Zellwood, Florida..
He is survived by: his wife Deneen DuBose (McLellan); his children, Kenneth DuBose of Paisley, Florida, Connie Thompson (Rick) of DeFuniak Springs, Florida, Colleen Dvorak (Albert) of Summerfield, Florida and Michael Pelkey of Geneva, Florida.; his siblings, Deborah Nelson of Panasoffkee, Florida, Lonnie DuBose (Sheila) of Fort Payne and Donnie DuBose of Mount Dora, Florida.; his niece Kim Cason; his friend James Labaire; his sister-in-law Tina Boyles; Colleen and Michael. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Loomis Funeral Home (420 W Main St, Apopka, FL 32712). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
