Underwood, Jr. (Michelle) of Cocoa, FL; her nieces, Lacie Matthews of Wesley Chapel, FL, Rebecca Faulkner (Ross) of Cookeville, TN and Rachel Alcorn (Phillip) of Algood, TN; her nephew James Chaffin (Lisa) of Allgood, TN.; and her great-niece Rose Faulkner of Cookeville, TN. She is also survived by cousins, aunts, and uncles.
