With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James Youngman (Gibsonton, Florida), born in Tampa, Florida, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. James left this world on July 18, 2025 at the age of 80, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Fields and Jack Jay Youngman; and his siblings, Jack Jay Youngman Jr. and Gloria Naugle. He is survived by: his wife Okie Youngman; his daughters, Joy Youngman (James Bernard) and Jennifer Youngman (Jason Walmsley); and his grandchildren, Candice, Emma, Jackson and Sam.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Gibsonton (9912 Indiana St, Gibsonton, FL 33534). A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Moffitt Cancer Center or Lifepath Hospice, organizations that provide invaluable care and support.
