He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Mastrostefano and Hugo Fox; and his stepfather Frank Mastrostefano. He is survived by: his wife Nancy of Joseph's Hospital; his children, Daniel (Ashley), Megan and Lauren; his grandchildren, Owen, Freya and Isla; and his sisters, Vicki McDewell (Frank), Sharon Tomsho (Timothy), Barbara Vaughn (Michael) and Rhonda Turner (Donald). He is also survived by extended family, including cousins, in-laws, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in his memory.
