He was predeceased by: his girlfriend Joyce; his son Christopher Phillips; his sister Shirley White; and his parents, William Phillips and Twila Phillips.
He is survived by: his children, Robin Martin (Robert) of Glen St, Katherine Reibold (Stephen) of North Jackson, Ohio, James Phillips of Orlando and Robert Phillips Jr. of Grove City, Pennsylvania; and his siblings, William Phillips (Brenda) of New Castle, Dawn Frishkorn of New Brighton and Dori Tutenberg of New Castle, Pennsylvania.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be mailed to The Hope Center of Baker County at 300 E. Macclenny Avenue, Macclenny, Florida 32063, an organization that reflects Bob's lifelong belief in helping others find strength, hope, and support.
