She is survived by: her daughter Dee Dee Crews (Arnold) of St. George, GA; her siblings, Dennis W. Loadholtz, Sr. of Sanderson, FL, Raymond E. Loadholtz (Ann) of Glen St and Jeanette Crews of Glen St; her grandchildren, Sedaira Higginbotham (Jacob), Taylor Combs (Justin), Josh Crews (Kristin) and Kristi Minta (Charles); her great grandchildren, Bobby, Kellen, Whitley, Landen, Jaycee, Hunter, Rhett and Ellie Mae; her caregivers, Lisa Hays and John Roberts; and her pet Jasper. She is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
