He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvine Dewane "Red" Myers and Ruth Francis Myers (Hanna); his wife Ann Myers (Witte) of Spencer, IA.; his son Tyler Myers; and his brother Tim Myers.
He is survived by: his son Travis Myers of Greenwood, MO.; his stepdaughters, Laura Stoneking (Rupert) of Goldenrod, FL and Amy Hendrickson (Rupert) of Gillett Grove, IA.; his grandchildren, Chase, Cate Myers, Emily and Trey Stoneking; his siblings, Todd Myers (Carla) of Sioux Falls and Sue Brandsurd of Brookings, SD; and his nephew Brian.
