She is survived by: her children, Deborah "Debbie" K. Meyers (David), Richard "Ric" S. Bergholtz (Kelley), Jeffrey "Jeff" A. Bergholtz (Cathy) and Mildred "Millie" B. Mahaffey (Bryan); and her siblings, Mary Hamlin and Michael Kondak. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
