We announce the death of David Tindell (Graceville, Florida), who passed away on August 4, 2026, at the age of 76. David will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. David will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew David will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture his life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. David’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosie Lee Bass and Carlton Tindell; and his sister Anita Rosie Mann. He is survived by: his wife Frances Tindell; and his sister Susanne Wallace. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in David's memory to the American Cancer Society or a local animal rescue organization, honoring his enduring love for life and the creatures within it.
