It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diana Covington of Graceville, Florida, who passed away on February 1, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Diana shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Diana farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Miguel Angel Hernandez and Elena Echevari Hernandez (Helen); her husband William Henry Covington, Jr.; her son Michael Joseph Covington; and her siblings, Gloria McCormick and Robert "Bobby" Hernandez.
She is survived by: her brother Michael "Mike" Hernandez (Geri); and her sibling's children, William "Bill" Henry Covington, III (Susan), David Allen Covington, Debra "Debbie" Diane Latta (Emory) and Walter "Scott" Covington (Brenda). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
