He was predeceased by: his parents, Captain Wilson Franklin Moul and Doris Leslie Moul. He is survived by: his wife Clarice Moul; his children, Byron Moul of Orlando, Florida and Evelyn Ward (Randy) of Marianna, Florida; his grandchildren, Andy Ward (Tiffany) and Kendyl Covington (Bo); his great grandchildren, Aiden Smith, Avery Smith, Anderson Ward, Asher Ward, Corey Covington and Remi Covington; and his sister Lottie M. Pressley of West Columbia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Graceville (987 8th Ave, Graceville, FL 32440). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at the Marvin Chapel Cemetery (1048 White Ave, Graceville, FL 32440).
The family will receive friends at First Baptist Church on Thursday, December 11 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Flowers are welcomed, and those wishing to honor Gail's memory may make donations to Partners for Pets, 4011 Maintenance Dr., Marianna, FL 32448.
