He was predeceased by: his father Frank Edward Sloan; and his siblings, Lori Monfort and Anthony "Kevin" Sloan. He is survived by: his mother Glenda Sue Sloan; and his children, Phillip Sloan and Ashley Sloan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
