He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Skinner; his son Mark Skinner; his siblings, Floyd Skinner (Gloria), Judy Williamson (Mike) and Marie Crosby (Sam) of Leesburg, FL; and his siblings-in-law, Charlie Wisler and Teresa Skinner Graceville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the James & Lipford Funeral Home (5390 Cotton St, Graceville, FL 32440). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at the Rehobeth Cemetery.
