He is survived by: his mother Patricia "Patsy" Ann Hammack Culbreth; his sons, Austin James Culbreth (Cassidy) and Dalton Lee Culbreth (Teela); his granddaughters, Teagan and Amiyah; and his siblings, James Allen Culbreth, Dennis Neal Culbreth and Ginger Ann Williams. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
