He is survived by: his wife Angie Obar; his children, Mark OBar, Jr. (Kim), Frank OBar and Sierra Roscoe (Fred); his grandchildren, Satchell James, Elijah James, Aleah James, Derwin James, Frank Obar, II, Daniel Obar, Abbi Roscoe and Sophia Keita; and his siblings, Phyllis Fritts, Pattie Strate, Arthur Obar, Jr. (Barbara), Emile Obar, Jill Obar-Deal (David) and Delia Minnick. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
