She is survived by: her husband Jim'r Register; her children, Anthony Register (Donna), Sheila Blankenship (Stan) and Lori Burlew (Randy); her grandchildren, Jessica Ludwig (Kellen), Jennifer Padgett (Greg), Brittany Smith (Scott), Becca Jones (Jeff), Heather Davis (Dustin), Megan Ward, Cody Brentner and Eric Bolenbaugh; her great grandchildren, Savannah Ludwig, Shelby Ludwig, Mason Ludwig, Brody Padgett, Charlotte Padgett, Ella Padgett, Blakeley Smith, Baylor Smith, Sutton Smith, Makenna Davis and Bentley Ward; and her siblings, Myra Kimbrel (John), Truman Cook (Iris) and Wayne Cook. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
