She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward B. Almon Hulvey and Flora Belle Farmer Hulvey; her husband Robert Hinson; and her daughter Robyn Hinson Campbell. She is survived by: her children, Britt Hinson (Maranda) and Renae Reeves (Michael); her grandchildren, Mariah, Jaylyn, Brendon, Keiston, Ryland and Makayla; and her siblings, Edward B. Almon Hulvey, Jr. (Diane) and Pearl Quattlebaum (Pete). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
